Delivery Options
We mainly ship by USPS. If the package is considered oversized, we will provide UPS. If the product is damaged through shipping, contact us for a Tracking number if you do not have one. Then you will go online and fill out the information for USPS or UPS to get your money back. Any problems, contact us immediately.

In-Store Returns
The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Bring the sales slip for a faster refund.
Online Returns
You may choose an item you want to return, use the return address and drop it at the post office. You are required to pay the return charges.
Express Pickup
Not available at this time.
Product Exchange
You may exchange your product for another product of equal or larger value within 30 days of purchase. Please bring the sales receipt for a faster exchange.
If you allow product exchanges, it can be a nice alternative to refunds. Explain to your customers how to choose a better size or give any other instructions they may need.
